A forgotten guest house becomes a serene short-term rental.

The Scenic Loop Casita was designed specifically to be a short-term rental on Airbnb. Keeping its purpose in mind, I opted for materials that were easy to clean and easy to replace if damaged. Small décor pieces were kept to a minimum to cut down on cleaning costs in between each guest. I added visual interest through patterned tile in the bathroom, large windows, and pops of color.
