Overview:
I split my time between design and nonprofits, which means my design services are not “full-service.”
My approach is best suited for those who are looking for guidance, direction, and vision for the space, however, they are able to execute a personalized plan on their own. This requires a little more effort on your end, however, you’ll benefit greatly in cost savings!
Furnishing and Decorating
It’s important to me to execute designs that are as environmentally sustainable as possible. While I do often use new items in my designs, I also like to heavily incorporate second-hand and vintage items as much as possible. Quality is also important to me, as I want to ensure your home is filled with pieces that will stand the test of time. Please note: this package is only available to clients within a reasonable driving distance of Helotes, Texas. I will consider out-of-town clients on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability.
How it works:
We schedule an initial introduction call (free) to discuss your project and needs. We determine if your needs and my offerings are a good fit for one another.
If we decide to move forward, I will come in-person to gather photos and measurements of the space.
I will get to work designing the space and creating a mood board. You review the mood board and provide input.
All selected products are sent to you with sizes, quantities, colors, etc. If new items are included in the mood board, links to those items will be sent. For second-hand/vintage pieces, links will be sent as well, if available. If not currently available for purchase online, guidance will be sent on size, color, and places to shop to find something similar if you’re looking to buy right away.
You purchase the items as you’re able, on your own time. For second-hand/vintage pieces, I frequently send links/photos to clients as I’m shopping in-person and online. It is not guaranteed that I will source specific vintage items for you, but I do keep client shopping lists with me so I am able to keep an eye out while shopping both in-person and online.
If desired, I will style and stage your space and take photos upon execution of the design plan.
This way of furnishing a home often takes more time to source and is best suited for those who are willing and able to take their time. Benefits of this approach include:

Renovations
Typically, full renovations are also reserved for clients within reasonable driving distance of Helotes, Texas. I will consider out-of-town clients on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability.

I get to work designing the space and creating an initial plan to present to you. You review the plan and provide input.
Links and/or purchase orders will be sent to purchase the selected products. A detailed information packet will be sent to accompany the mood board, which serves as a plan you can provide to your contractor to execute.
Contractors are sometimes suggested by me, however, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to interview and fully vet all contractors. I am available to answer questions during the renovation process, however, selecting/managing/paying/scheduling contractors is the responsibility of the homeowner.
If desired, I will style and stage your space and take photos upon execution of the renovated space.
One-on-One Design Consultation
Design consultations typically last one hour per room. They are best suited for those who need general direction, but are comfortable selecting their own products and materials. During the consultation, we’ll discuss any and all questions you have regarding your space such as rug sizes, paint colors, furniture placement, and more. When needed, follow-up information is emailed. In-person consultations are preferred so I am able to see the space myself and get a better idea of scale and flow, however, virtual consultations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
